RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All full priced items (including one-off promotions) are eligible for a full refund or exchange. This does not include final sale items.

Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings and undergarments.

RETURN PROCEDURE

On our Returns page, select your preferred method to start your return.

Our team aims to process all returns & exchanges within 2-5 business days upon receipt at our warehouse.

CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBLE RETURNS

To qualify for a refund, online credit note, or an exchange, your return must meet the following criteria:

    • Received within 30 days of your order.
    • The item must be new and unworn with all original tags and labels attached.
    • It must not be a sale item, final clearance item, earrings, or an undergarment.
