Online Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy


Online Refunds

We understand many of our customers are from interstate or in the country and can't get in to one of our stores all the time and therefore buy online. We want you to buy with confidence and offer the following guarantee.

If on receiving your online order, you decide that it is not right for you, you can return it within 7 days to receive a full refund of the products original purchase price (excluding postage charges).*

To return the item for refund, the item must be returned in its original in it's original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging, along with a copy of the purchase order receipt. The item may be returned to one of our stores, or posted to:

Refunds are only applicable to online orders and do not apply to sale items. All refunds will be done through paypal and will not be refunded in store. 

* For hygeine reasons, we cannot except exchange or returns on earrings.


If the product is not right, we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note within 14 days of purchase (excluding earrings). Credit notes are valid for 12 months, and can be used in store or online.
