New Next Day Delivery for Orders & Exchanges within 20kms of Adelaide CBD 

While our stores are temporarily closed - we still aim to provide exceptional customer service. As such, we have introduced a new shipping method for our customers within 20kms of the Adelaide CBD. 

For these orders, one of our friendly staff members will provide a next day contact-less delivery.* They will leave the parcel in a safe place, and ring the door bell to advise they have delivered. If you are not home, they will aim to leave the parcel in a safe place, out of sight. Should you have any specific delivery requests - please detail these during checkout of your order online. 

Further to this we will be happy to provide a free next day* exchange of either the size or the product. This can be done quickly and easily by contacting us on the details below and we will arrange the exchange for you. 

Please note that any returns/online refunds cannot be made through this method - but must be completed as detailed below.

* while we will endeavour to provide next day delivery in all circumstances, where the government isolation restrictions do not make this possible, or if there are unexpected circumstances which do not allow this, we will ensure that we contact you. We appreciate your understanding. 


Shipping Rates 

Shipping within Australia Over $60 - Free 

Shipping within Australia Under $60 -$11 flat fee

Shipping outside of Australia - $30 flat fee


Online Refunds (product returns)

Given our stores are temporarily closed, we want you to buy with confidence and offer the following guarantee.

If on receiving your online order, you decide that it is not right for you, you can return it within 21 days to receive a full refund of the products original purchase price (excluding postage charges).*

To return the item for refund, the item must be returned in its original in it's original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging, along with a copy of the purchase order receipt. The item may be returned to one of our stores, or posted to:

Refunds are only applicable to online orders and do not apply to sale items. All refunds will be done through paypal and will not be refunded in store. 

* For hygeine reasons, we cannot except exchange or returns on earrings.


If the product is not right, we are happy to exchange or offer a credit note within 21 days of purchase (excluding earrings). Credit notes are valid for 3 years, and can be used in store or online.
